Objective
As apart of New Life Outreach International Church of North Carolina community outreach food pantry Pastor Stanley Ridley was seeking an opportunity to connect with the food pantry members.
Solution
J23 Media was asked to assist with creating and executing “Dinner with Friends”, which allowed food pantry members to come and enjoy an elegant dinner with Pastor Stanley and First Lady Doris Ridley. “The pantry members are dear friends to New Life and this was an opportunity to let them know how much they are appreciate” says, Pastor Stanley.
J23 Media managed various aspects of the event from creating a custom invitation, mailing, decorating, menu selection and awards ceremony. Felicia of J23 Media was the emcee for the dinner.
Results
Pastor Stanley and First Lady Doris Ridley connected with over 200 dinner guest. The feedback was tremendous from the pantry members. One of the highlights was a pantry member stating without the food pantry she wouldn’t know how she would make it and was interested in volunteering because of the blessing the pantry has been to her family.
